At Sheaffer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
